  • Collaborating with private-sector non-graduate and graduate service providers.
  • Coordinating other field-level program activities and collaborative programs with partners.
  • Participating in the selection process of new service providers for the Rose Star network.
  • Ensuring the availability of backup supplies of program products.
  • Organizing training sessions for service providers and managing logistics.

Requirements

To be eligible for these positions, the candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Studies or Social Science.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in child health, maternal health, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience in designing and developing networks of private health professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant IT packages.
  • Ability to drive a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license.
